My Approach

Whole-Body Healing

I believe healing happens when we engage the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My approach is integrative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences. Whether you're navigating trauma, addiction, burnout, or a just have a desire for deeper self-understanding, our work together honors all parts of you.

I draw from both evidence-based therapy and holistic practices to create a grounded path to healing and transformation. Here’s how that looks in session:


Mind 

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact—and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. CBT helps you shift self-defeating beliefs, develop healthy coping tools, and cultivate self-awareness. It's a powerful foundation for lasting emotional change.


Body  

Includes somatic techniques and nervous system regulation. Trauma and chronic stress live in the body. I incorporate somatic practices such as grounding, breathwork, gentle movement, and body-based awareness to help you reconnect with your physical self, regulate your nervous system, and feel safe in your body again. These tools allow us to work beyond talk therapy, helping you heal on a deeper level.


Spirit

I honor the spiritual dimension of healing—whatever that means to you. This could include exploring your personal beliefs, connecting to intuition, cultivating presence, or rediscovering purpose. Whether you're rooted in a specific faith or seeking something more expansive, we can integrate spirituality in a way that feels authentic and supportive. 



At the heart of my work is a client-centered, trauma-informed relationship. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care as you heal, grow, and return home to yourself.
